Kamma’s Table
For the last few years of her life, my grandmother, Kamma, would eat only duck. She believed that duck would keep her healthy and prolong her life. This is where my love of duck started and why I have so many dishes highlighting duck on my menus; and many dishes that have yet to be added. Kamma’s table is a tribute to my grandmother featuring a selection of her classic duck dishes. Please join us at The Shop at Khâluna for an exclusive tasting and wine pairing.
