Soom Kan (ຊຸມກັນ) means to gather together.

SOOM KAN: A LAOTIAN TASTING SERIES

This intimate tasting series is inspired by the meals that brought Chef Ann Ahmed and her team together while traveling and cooking in Laos — the dishes they shared around the table, the flavors that lingered, and the moments that created connection.

Each Soom Kan dinner is a four-course, omakase-style tasting menu curated by Chef Ann.
The menu is unique to each evening and reflects the food, memories, and inspiration she wishes to share at that time.

Guests will receive a written inspiration story one week prior to the dinner to provide context for the experience.

Optional wine and cocktail pairings will be available as add-ons.
